BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve the attached Amendment to Contract of Sale
(KurerIBushberger), subject to lines 22 thru 26 of said
Amendment being amended to delete "due to the City's failure to
provide the survey and boundary line information required under
the Offer to Purchase".
