NO. 1 (De Luca) WHEREAS, an Offer to Purchase in the amount of $80,600.00 has been submitted by DeLuca Hartman Construction Co. for a 3.1 acre parcel fronting on Enterprise Drive west of Mercury Drive in the Muskego Industrial Park. WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the City’s broker has recommended acceptance of said Offer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase submitted by DeLuca Hartman Construction Co. in the amount of $80,600.00 for a 3.1 acre parcel fronting on Enterprise Drive west of Mercury Drive in the Muskego Industrial Park.
