ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED LOT
MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDN. NO. 1

WHEREAS, an Offer to Purchase in the amount of $80,600.00 has
been submitted by DeLuca Hartman Construction Co. for a 3.1 acre
parcel fronting on Enterprise Drive west of Mercury Drive in the
Muskego Industrial Park.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the City’s broker has
recommended acceptance of said Offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase submitted by DeLuca
Hartman Construction Co. in the amount of $80,600.00 for a 3.1
acre parcel fronting on Enterprise Drive west of Mercury Drive in
the Muskego Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City. 0 DATED THIS 27th DAY OF SeDtember , 1988.

RIDER TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
Purchase attached hereto and dated September 21, 1988 by and between the

A. The purchase price includes the following improvements:

B If said streets are not permanently surfaced at the time of the
completion of this transaction, said streets when permanently
improved shall be at the expense of the City and no special
assessments with respect to the permanent improvements of the
streets shall be assessed against the property herein
described, ond the Buyer, his heirs and assigns, shall have no
further obligation with respect hereto
