RESOLUTION 1/22-88
AUTHORIZE GRANTING OF FUNDS FOR THE
MUSKEGO FESTIVAL
WHEREAS, for a number of years the City of Muskego has
Post 118171 in connection with the Country Fair Days, and
contributed to the parade sponsored by V.F.W. Lembezeder-Cook
WHEREAS, a new committee has been formed consisting of a
representative from the City of Muskego and various civic groups
to sponsor the first annual Muskego Festival on August 27 and 28, 1988, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the $1,200
budgeted for the parade be used by the Muskego Festival Committee
for this event.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the release of $1,200.00 to the
Muskego Festival Committee to be used for the Muskego Festival on
August 27 and 28, 1988.
