ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE
CLEANING OF DITCHES - INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDN. NO. 1
WHEKEAS, the Superintendent of Public Works has recommended
acceptance of a quote from Wolf Construction Co., Inc. for the
cleaning and widening of the existing ditch in the Industrial
Park Addn. No. l., and
WHEREAS, one half of this cost would be the responsibility of
adjoining property owner Harold DeBack.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby accept the quote of Wolf
Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $9,600.00, with the
City's portion of the project being $4,800.00 subject to the
following conditions:
1. A permit shall be obtained from the DNR.
2. Class I notification of the project shall be published.
3. Sewer and drainage easements between the City and Harold
