APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WOODCREST HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat with revision date of 6/26/87 has
been submitted for a proposed 83 lot planned unit development
known as Woodcrest Heights at the northwest corner of Racine
Avenue and Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, with the
condition that a 30 ft. easement be included on the Final Plat to
provide access from Carol Drive to Outlot 1 along the north lot
line of Lot 64, and
WHEREAS, the Council has stated its intent to rezone this
property to RS-3 OPD, subject to all requirements of the City's
ordinances pertaining to planned unit developments being met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of the Woodcrest Heights ' planned unit development subject to payment of the submittal fee

and approval of all objecting and approving agencies and the City
Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that a 30 ft. easement be included on the Final Plat to
provide access from Carol Drive to Outlot 1 along the north lot
line of Lot 64; and that Outlot 1 shall be dedicated for City
Purposes; approval of the Final Plat shall be subject to payment
of park dedication fees; and, the property shall be rezoned to
RS-3 OPD prior to the approval of the Final Plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the 60'
storm drainage easement being obtained.
