APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(McAdams , Inc. )
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel division of the McAdams, Inc. property on
Janesville Rd. in Section 10, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, subject
from this parcel to Janesville Rd. and to Lannon Dr.
to the addition of a 30' permanent easement to provide access
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a one parcel division of the McAdams, Inc. property on
Janesville Rd. in Section 10, subject to approval by the City
Engineer, and the addition of a 30' permanent easement to
provide access from this parcel to Janesville Rd. and to Lannon
Dr.
of the $50.00 submittal fee and all other fees required by
