APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Robert Klenz, etal)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel division of the Robert W. Klenz, etal property on
Janesville Road in Section 10, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, subject
to payment of fees, resolving access to Hwy. 24 and addition of
a 60' road dedication from Hwy. 24 to the southernmost end of
the road dedication of this parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a one parcel division of the Robert W. Klenz, etal
property, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park dedication
if required in accordance with the City Attorney's previous
opinion, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Robert W. Klenz, etal and the City
of Muskego shall enter into an Agreement at this time to state
that if determination is made by the Department of
Transportation that the adjacent Kellner property does not have
access to Hwy. 24, Robert W. Klenz, etal shall provide an
easement in order to give access to the Kellner property from
the Parkland Dr. extension, and this approval is conditioned on
the execution of such an agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a 60' road dedication shall be
included on the certified survey map along the eastern edge of
the divided parcel extending north to Hwy. 24 and a 30'wide
road dedication extending south along the Hydra-Parts property
to the southernmost boundary of the Klenz property.
