RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT
PROPOSED BY R. KLENZ FOR THE H.DEBACK PROPERTY
TO APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF RS-3 (OPD) ZONING
WHEREAS, Robert Klenz has petitioned the Council to rezone the
Woods Road from RS-l/Lowland/B-1 to RS-3 (OPD) for the purpose of
property located at the northwest corner of Racine Avenue and
mixed residential development, and
WlZREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
rezoning request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Nuskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby indicate its present intention that it approves of
acting on the rezoning request until all requirements of the
the concept of the project proposed by Robert Klenz, and defers
City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit developments have
been met, said deferral pursuant to Robert Klenz's request.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rezoning petition is hereby
amended to delete the approximately 2.2 acre leg in the southwest
corner of the proposal, pursuant to the request of Robert Klenz.
