CLARIFICATION OF RESOLUTION AS TO ASSESSMENT OF
OSCHMANN PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Council adopted Resolution #84-87 on April 28, 1987, approving Audrey Oschmann's request to satisfy a portion
of a special assessment on a parcel of property being divided
as referred to in said resolution, subject to several
conditions, and
WHEREAS, Condition 1.e. requires that the payment be received
by June 28, 1987, and
WHEREAS, Audrey Oschmann has requested that she be permitted to
make the payment at the time the lot is sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby clarify Resolution #84-87 to
shall be made in full upon sale of the divided parcel, with the
indicate that payment of the assessment on the divided parcel
entire assessment to remain on the installment plan until such
sale, with the balance of the assessment to remain on the
installment plan after such sale.

RESOLUTION AS TO ASSESSMENT OF OSCHMANN PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Audrey Oschmann is the owner of the following described
real estate:
Pt NE 114 Sec 15, T5N R20E, Parcel 1, Cert. Surv. 24/296
3.533 AC ~2991235 ~7351235 QCD 2/86,
and
WHEREAS, said real estate is subject to the lien of a special
assessment pursuant to Amended Final Resolution #233-85 in the
amount of $11,679.36, plus interest, and
WHEREAS, the above named owner is in the process of dividing said
lands, and
WHEREAS, the owner of said lands is making installment payments
of $2,816.00 towards satisfaction of said assessment if the City
on said assessment, but wishes to, at this time, make a payment
will release from the lien of the special assessment the
following described property: 0 A re-division of Parcel 1 of CSM No. 3270 of a part of the
NE 1/4 of Section 15, T5N, R20E, in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin (being a 110' x 150' parcel on
Aud-Mar Drive),
and
WHEREAS, the City is in agreement with said procedure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee, as
follows:
1. Upon the following terms and conditions being performed
by the owner of the real estate subject to this
resolution, the City of Muskego shall release the lien
of assessment on the following described lands:
A re-division of Parcel 1 of CSM No. 3270 of a part of
the NE 114 of Section 15, T5N, RZOE, in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin (being a 110' x 150'
parcel on Aud-Mar Drive).
The terms and conditions to be performed by the owner to
the City's sole satisfaction are:
a. The owner shall give the City satisfactory evidence
of sole ownership of all the lands in question and the
right to divide such assessment as proposed; and

b. The lands shall be divided and all appropriate
documents making such division shall be filed and
recorded; and
c. The owner of said real estate accepts this
resolution and agreement.
d. The owner by acceptance of this agreement, hereby
waives all legal notices which may be required to amend
or change special assessments and agrees to this
assessment without further action by the City.
e. On or before the 28th day of June
of the above shall be accomplished and the City shall
, 1987, all
receive the payment of $2,816.00, or this resolution is
null and void and of no affect.
