RESOLUTION 1/25-87
APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
(D.McGroarty-Bay Shore Estates)
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by D. McGroarty for
legal lot status of Lot 16, Block 2, Bay Shore Estates, and
WEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended disapproval
because the lot size and average width are less than the
requirements of the RS-2 zoning and less than those lots which
have previously been granted legal lot status in the Bay Shore
area, and
WHEREAS. six Drovertv owners in the immediate area have
0 expressed no objectibn to this lot becoming a buildable lot,
and
..
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interests of the City to
approve the request for legal lot status.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant legal status to Lot 16, Block
2, Bay Shore Estates.

DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
(D.McGroarty-Bay Shore Estates)
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by D. McGroarty for
legal lot status of Lot 16, Block 2, Bay Shore Estates, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended disapproval
because the lot size and average width are less than the
requirements of the RS-2 zoning and less than those lots which
have previously been granted legal lot status in the Bay Shore
area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
McGroarty for legal lot status of Lot 16, Block 2, Bay Shore
Commission, does hereby deny the petition submitted by D.
Estates for reasons as stated by the Plan Commission.
