DENIAL OF REZONING REQUEST
EMERALD PARK, INC.
WHEREAS, Emerald Park, Inc. has petitioned the Common Council to
rezone property in the S 112 of the NE 114 and the SE 114 of the
NW 114 of Section 36 from A to 1-2 for the purpose of creating a
sanitary landfill, and
WHEREAS, the Public Hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,

does hereby deny the request of Emerald Park, Inc. to rezone the
