RESOLUTION AS TO ASSESSMENT OF THE BOSTATER PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Cit,? of Muskego adopted Resolution /!219-84
establishing a Deierred Assessment Policy, said policy being
amended by Resolutions A28-85 and #112-86, and W254-86 as to the
effect of said resolution on the property described below:

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego wishes to negotiate, pursuant to
by Resolution /\204-77 upon improvement of only a porticsn of said
said policy, a payment of less than the entire assessment levied
property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
Committee, that special assessments for sanitary sewer
improvements levied by Resolution #204-77 upon the property
described above, shall become due and payable as follows:
1. That upon sale of any of the above described property as
share of the total assessment as shown on the attached
identified on the attached Exhibit "A", that pro-rated
Exhibit "B" as pertains to the Parcel being sold, plus
payable. If any part of any of said Parcel A, B, C or D
interest from date of this resolution, is due and
is sold, the pro-rata share of the total assessment as to
assessment shall be extended on the tax roll and collected
that entire Parcel is due and payable. If not paid, said
as a delinquent real estate tax. However, in any event,
all such assessments are due five (5) years from the date
of this resolution, unless further extended by the Common
Council.
2. All provisions of Resolution t112-86 shall apply to
property described above, and this agreement shall be null
and void unless within 90 days of passage of this
resolution all of the following events occur:
A. Arthur H. Bostater, as owner of the land in question,
executes this resolution as his agreement; and
