PRELIMINARY RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENT TO EXERCISE SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT POLICE POWERS UNDER §66.60, WISCONSIN STATUTES,
AS TO WATER IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT AREA FOR
PROJECT MW-1-86 AND ~w-2-86
RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin:
1. The Common Council hereby declares its intention to
exercise its police power under §66.60, Wisconsin Statutes, to
levy special assessments upon property within the following.

WATERMAIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR CONTRACTS MW-1-86 AND
MW-2-86, JANESVILLE ROAD AND HILLENDALE DRIVE
All that part of the Northwest 1/4, Northeast 1/4 and
Southwest 1/4 of Section 17 and the Northeast 1/4, Southeast
1/4 and Southwest 1/4 of Section 18, Town 5 North, Range 20
East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded
and described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of centerlines of Racine
Avenue (C.T.H. "Y") and Janesville Road (S.T.H. "24"); thence
Southwesterly along the centerline of Janesville Road (S.T.H.
