DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE DISTRICT ZONING MAP
(Kreuzer - RS-3 OLS to RS-3 OLS-00s)
WHEREAS, Mike Kreuzer has petitioned the Common Council to
rezone that property described below from RS-3 (OLS) to RS-3
(OLS-00s) to operate a dog grooming business:
W191 571 56 Luehring Drive
Pt Lot 2 and Lot 3, Blk 2, Hillview Farm Plat
Pt N 112 NE 114 Sec 8 T5N R20E
and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
would be receptive to a deed restriction limiting the use of
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, and
this property as described above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
the necessary implementing ordinance to amend the district
zoning map to rezone the property described above from RS-3
restriction be recorded limiting the commercial use of this
(OLS) to RS-3 (OLS-OOS), with the provision that a deed
property to the operation of a dog grooming business on a
limited basis.
