APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(E. Janucz and N. Janusz)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Edwin B. Janucz and Nancy Lindsey
Januse property on Woods Road in the SW 1 /4 of the SE 1 /4 of
Section 10, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a one parcel division of the Edwin B. Janucz and Nancy
Lindsey Janusz property on Woods Road in the SW 1/4 of the SE 114 of Section 10, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this auuroval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee and $266.00 in lieu of park
dedication.

SE 1/4 of Section 10, T 5 N. R 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha
that I have surveyed, divided and mapped a division of a part of the
County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4: thence N 87O48'11" E
along the South line of said SE 1/4, 1109.37 feet: thence N 1'13'31'' W,
659.64 feet to the place of beginning of lands to be described. Thence
continuing N 1'13'31'' W, 373.79 feet: thence S 65O15'09" W, 398.0 feet:
thence S 30°18'31" E, 372.17 feet: thence N57O51'54" E, 215.34 feet
to the place of beginning. Dedicating therefrom the Southeasterly
50 feet for public street purposes.
That I have made such survey, land division and map by the direction
of Edwin B. Janusz and Nancy Lindsey Janusz, his wife, owners of
said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior bound-
aries of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
