EXTENSION OF PELLMANN LANE (Pellmann)
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPERTY DEDICATION
WHEREAS, Glenn and Ruth Pellmann propose to dedicate a 20' x
60' strip of land at the end of the Pellmann Lane cul de sac to
the City to provide for access to the Dreyfus property from the
cul de sac, with all costs to be the responsibility of the
Pellmann's, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and the Public Works Committee
have recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby accept the Quit Claim Deed from Glenn
and Ruth Pellmann to the City of a 20' x 60' strip of land at
and Agreement attached.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
but only on the condition that the two lines of text following
