RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO CONTROLLED ACCESS
(As Amended)
SEWER ASSESSMENT
(Schaefer)
WHEREAS, the following described property is subject to a

WHEREAS, it was the policy of the City to make assessments
similar to the one in question at the time it was made and said

resolution is paid, the amounts so paid shall be
considered payment also satisfying the $13,809.02
controlled access sewer assessment and shall be
completely satisifed when said future user reserve
capacity assessments paid exceed the total of said
assessment including interest pursuant to the policy
established by Resolution #90-86.

2. In any event, if a direct connection is ever made by
assessment has been made, a charge will be made based on
lateral to the sewer main for which no front foot sewer
the equivalent cost of installing a sewer main for a lot
of equivalent width.
3. That this policy is subject to review by the City
Attorney with the Auditors.
