DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE DISTRICT ZONING MAP

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has requested the District Zoning
Map be amended to rezone that property in the area of
Janesville Road and Bay Lane now zoned RS-2 (OHS) to B-2, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the
implementing ordinance to amend the District Zoning Ma to
rezone the following described property from RS-2 (OHSP to 8-2:
