DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE DISTRICT ZONING MAP
(Richter-RS-2 to RSA)
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Fred Richter to amend
the District Zoning Map to rezone that property located on the
southeast corner of College Avenue and Martin Drive in the NW
1/4 of Section 4 from RS-2 to RSA to permit construction of a
two-unit townhouse, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the
implementing ordinance to amend the District Zoning Map to 0 rezone the following described property from RS-2 to RSA
That part of Certified Survey Map of a part of the North
Range 20 East, City of Muskego. recorded in the office of
1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township 5 North,
the Register of Deeds for Waukesha County. Wisconsin on
September 12, 1968, s Document No. 722275, bounded and
described as follows
Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 4:
Northwest 1/4 Section, 706.57 feet: thence South 1" 30'38"
thence South 8" 29'22" West along the North line of said
East, 50.00 feet to the place of beginning of the land to be
described; thence continuing South 1" 30'38" East, 212.33
feet; thence North 59" 03'32" West, 164.41 feet; thence
North 49" 06'40" West, 80.25 feet; thence North l"30'38"
West, 70.00 feet; thence South 88" 29'22" West, 198.00 feet
to the place of beginning.

APPROVAL OF ALTERATION OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
(Freedom Square IV - Klenz)
WHEREAS, Robert Klenz has requested permission to alter the
plans of the Freedom Square IV Planned Unit Development for the
purpose of creating a one parcel division on Janesville Road,
and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the alteration of the plans of
the Freedom Square IV Planned Unit Development for the purpose
of creating a one parcel division on Janesville Road.
