CCR1985295RESOLUTION 11295-85 APPROVAL OF 1986 LABOR AGREEMENT (Public Works) WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the Public Works Committee have reviewed the proposed settlement of the 1986 labor agreement between the City of Muskego and the Public Works Department and have recommended approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the Committee and the Public Works Committee, does hereby approve City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance the proposed 1986 settlement agreement as attached. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said agreement shall be January 1, 1986. In regard to beeper carrying, the Sewer Treatment Plant Operator will resume the responsibility of having the beeper carried, having first priority on the duty, and the City will train up to five people to perform this duty. The compensation will be two hours straight time per day and 0 the need for weekend coverage, in the absence of the Sewer Treatment Plant Operator, will be determined by the Highway Superintendent. If the beeper carrier is called in, the contract will be followed and there will be no compensation cost for carrying the beeper. WGSjca PWCon86
