CCR1985282RESOLUTION 11282-85 DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE THERESA KASTELLO PROPERTY FROM RS-3 TO RS-3 (OD) WHEREAS, Theresa Kastello petitioned the Common Council to rezone that property described below from RS-3 to RS-3 (OD) to provide for an overlay for duplex zoning: S68 W16949 Martin Drive Lot 1, Block A Southern Heights Subdivision Pt SW 114 Sec 3 T5N R20E, and WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held; and WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended denial, and the Common Council denied the rezoning request in Resolution #226-85 on 9/24/85, and WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested reconsideration of the matter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the necessary implementing ordinance for the rezoning of the property described above from RS-3 to RS-3 (OD).
