APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH MOONEY Sr ASSOCIATES, LTD.
(Development Coordination Services-Industrial Park Expansion)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve the attached Proposal for Development Coordination
Services by Mooney Sr Associates, Ltd.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $10,000 fee for these services
shall be paid by TID #7.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk and authorized
to execute the Proposal in the name of the City, subject to the
approval of the City Attorney.

Determination, with input from the appropriate legal and engineering
sources, of the best method of subdividing the parcels.
Communicating with all of the major parlicipants to insure that each
stays fully informed about the status of the project and any
decisions that affect them or their work.
Evaluate the potential for selling off excess topsoil to generate
additional cash flow.
Develop a detailed "Industrial Park Fact. Book" that sets out key
information regarding the City and the project.
Represent the City, where appropriate, in meetings with outside
agencies, retained professionals or other organizations.
Making recommendations to the City regarding any matters that involve
the project and are of concern to the City and/or the Development
Coordinator.
Define as closely as possible the timing of all elements that impact
upon commitments that are requested by prospective purchasers.
These services will be provided as long as it takes to resolve the
issues, providing that Mooney & Associates continues to be retained as
Exclusive Agents for this project.
None of the above tasks are intended to duplicate or eliminate any of the
existing roles or responsibilities of the City staff, elected officials, or
retained professionals or consultants. In the whole, they are intended to
