CCR1985228RESOLUTION 1~28-85 AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS (As Amended) (Muskego Historical Society - TID 117) WHEREAS, the Muskego Historical Society has requested funds for the operation of the Old Muskego Settlement Centre as follows: Alarm Systems $1,150.00 Schoolhouse - $500.00 Wollman House -$650.00 (replacement) Six park benches 150.00 Four picnic tables 140.00 Three ladders - 6' wood. 8' wood. 32' alum. 322.95 1.014.00 35 .OO 20.00 36 .OO 40.00 Six dehumidifiers Wheel barrow Electric drill Surface mount dead bolts Master padlocks Two folding tables Six card tables Traffic bond for repair of existing lo Six humidifiers ~~~~~ 150.00 150.00 't 350 .OO 402.00 $3,959.95 WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has recommended approval, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of $3,557.95 from TID 17, eliminating the $402.00 for the Six humidifiers, and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that replacement of the alarm system for the Wollman House in the amount of $650.00 is not TIF eligible. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee and the Parks and Recreation Board, does hereby approve the expenditure of TID 117 funds in the amount of mifiers for $402.00 and the Wollman alarm system for $2 907.95 for purchase of the above listed items, excluding the $650.00.
