AUTHORIZE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS AND
(AS AMENDED)
SPECIFICATIONS FOR FORCED HOOK-UP - KURTZE LANE
0 (VERBURGT)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to connect properties in the Kurtze Lane
area to Municipal Sewers, and
WHEREAS, 30 day connection notices have been sent to a number of
the properties, and
WHEREAS, 30 day connection notices have not been complied with,
and
WHEREAS, the landowner has agreed to a forced hook-up for the
following properties:
W166 S8324 Kurtze Lane W166 S8270 Kurtze Lane
W166 S8336 Kurtze Lane W166 S8312 Kurtze Lane
W166 S8282 Kurtze Lane W165 S8250 Kurtze Lane
W166 S8266 Kurtze Lane W165 S8254 Kurtze Lane
W166 S8348 Kurtze Lane W165 S8241 Kurtze Lane
W165 S8260 Kurtze Lane W166 S8362 Kurtze Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has required that the City of
Muskego enter into an agreement between the landowner and the
homeowners to have the laterals installed, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the City
Attorney draft the agreement, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has determined that it is necessary to
publicly bid the project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications for
City Engineers and the project bid upon execution of the
the un-connected properties of the above list be prepared by the
agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute on behalf of the City an Agreement with the
Verburgts indicating generally that these are forced hook-ups and
will be assessed as to laws and ordinances as to forced hook-ups.
