APPROVAL OF AGREEMENTS - TRAFFIC LIGHTS
(Highway 24 and Lannon Drive)
(Highway 24 and Tess Corners Drive)
WHEREAS, in order to obtain traffic lights at the intersections
of Highway 24 and Lannon Drive and Highway 24 and Tess Corners
Drive, it is necessary to make application to the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation for permission to install, operate
and maintain traffic control signals at said intersections,
with certain conditions which must be accepted by the City, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
attached Applications and Agreements on Traffic Signal
Installation, Maintenance and Operation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of the traffic control
signal at Tess Corners Drive shall be the responsibility of TID
112, and the cost of the traffic control signal at Lannon Drive
shall be the responsibility of TID 114.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that No. 12 of the agreement is hereby
added as follows: This agreement is null and void unless it is
approved b the Wisconsin Department of Transportation within
thirty (30 T days after the date of execution by the City.
