CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
FIRST AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
(Ladwig Drive Sewer Project)
by its City Council and for its First Amended Relocation Order
hereby resolves as follows:
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
in accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the
purposes of the within described public improvement project, and
it amends Resolution #182-84 Relocation Order as to Ladwig Drive
Sewer Project, and is also a determination of necessity for the
amended project in accordance with Section 32.07(2) Wisconsin
Statutes;
1. That this Resolution is a First Amended Relocation Order
2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose for construction of sanitary sewer
for sewer improvements as shown in Resolution #182-84 for the
temporary easement to be acquired for ingress and egress as shown
on the ma attached hereto and made a part hereof, and marked
Exhibits K and "L". F: It
3. That temporary easements are necessary to build sanitary sewer as set forth in Resolution #182-84.
4. That the sites of said temporary easements for ingress
and egress are contained in Exhibits K and "L" which is
incorporated herein; that legal descriptions to said sites are
attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "C-1"
through 'IC-4".

5. That the City of Muskego will acquire temporary
Exhibits I'K", L and "C-1" through "C-4I1, in addition to all
easements for sanitary sewer improvements as indicated on
interest to be acquired pursuant to Resolution #182-84.
