DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE JACK D. WARDEN PROPERTY
FROM RCE TO RCE (OIP)
WHEREAS, Jack D. Warden has petitioned the Common Council to
rezone that property described below from RCE to RCE (OIP):
That part of the Northwest 114 of the Northwest 114 of Section
Seven (7), Town Five (5) North, Range Twenty (20) East, in the
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and
described as follows: Commencing at a point in the West line
of said 114 Section, 830.83 feet South of the Northeast corner
of said 114 Section; thence North 87O 00' 14'' East 657.74 feet
North line of said 114 Section, 658.80 feet to a point in the
to a point; thence North 87O 32' 41'' East parallel to the
East line of the Northwest 114 of the Northwest 114 of Section
7; thence South 0' 02' 18" East along said East line, 513.52
Northwest 114 of Section 7; thence South 87 38' 10'' West
feet to the Southeast corner of the Northwegt 114 of the
along the South line of said Northwest 114 of the Northwest
parallel to the West line of said 114 Section, 150.00 feet to
114 of Section 7, 1024.80 feet to a point; thence North
a point; thence South 87' 38' 10" West and parallel to the
South line of the Northwest 114 of the Northwest 114 of
Section 7, 291.00 feet to a point in the West line of said 114
Section; thence North along the West line of said 114 Section,
355.17 feet to the place of beginning. and,
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held; and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby authorize the City Attorney to draft the necessary
implementing ordinance for the rezoning of the property described
above from RCE to RCE (OIP).
