DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE JOHN LANG PROPERTY FROM EA TO EA (OD)
WHEREAS, John Lang has petitioned the Common Council to rezone
that property described below from EA to EA (OD), (Exclusive
Agriculture with an overlay for duplex):

WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held; and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has' recommended that said
property be rezoned subject to approval of the on-site sewerage
disposal system by Waukesha County Health Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby authorize the City Attorney to draft the necessary
implementing ordinance for the rezoning of the property described
above from EA to EA (OD).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rezoning shall be subject to the
County Health Department.
