APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OFFER TO PURCHASE
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/LNDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, an Offer to Purchase in the amount of $20,000 has been
submitted by Thomas C. Campbell for Lot 3, Block 1 in the
Muskego Industrial Park, which was re-purchased by the City
from Roy Jacobsen on 10/28/83, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended disapproval of
the Offer.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
$20,000 submitted by Thomas C. Campbell for Lot 3, Block 1 in
does hereby disapprove the Offer to Purchase in the amount of
the Muskego Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the attached Counter Offer, increasing
the price to $24,000.

RIDER TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
The following terms and conditions are made a part of the Offer to
Purchase attached- hereto and dated September 7, 1984.
(1) Special Improvements:
(a) The purchase price includes the followino improvements:
Sanitary sewer mains and water mains, fully paid for and
available for use by Buyer. Buyer wlll connect to sewer
in the road at Buyer's expense.
(b) Improved streets to be paved to the lot line of the
premises described herein. If said streets are not
permanently surfaced at the time of the.completion of this
transactlon, said streets when permnnently Improved, shall
be at the expense of the cit,y and no special asessments
with respect to the permanent improvements of the streets
or curb and gutter shall be assessed against the property
herein described, and the Buyer, his heirs, and assigns,
shall have no further obllqation with respect hereto.
(2) It is agreed betweenquyer and Seller:
(a) The provisions of Paragraphs 13 and 14 of the rules and
regulations for the Muskego Business/Industrial Park as
adopted by the City of Muskego, hy Resolution H 145-70 on
July 28, 1970 and as thereafter recorded and/or amended,
are incorported herein by reference as if fully set forth
hefein. Said provisions provide in effect that in the
event the buyer should desire to resell a portion of the
premises which are the subject. of this contract and which
are not heinq used in connection with Buyer's business.

(b) These provisions shall constitute covenants'running with
the land and shall be binding upon the successors and
assigns of the parties hereto and may he included in the
deed which Seller delivers to Buyer in completion of this
transaction. Buyer acknowledges that he has received a ,
Muskego Industrial Park and that he has'read and fully
copy of the full text of the Rules and Requlations of the
