AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE 1984 LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
MUSKEG0 PROFESSIONAL POLICEMAN'S ASSOCIATION AND
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached between the Finance
Muskego Professional Policeman's Association, and
Committee of the City of Muskego and the negotiators for the
WHEREAS, the members of the Muskego Professional Policeman's
Association have ratified the agreement, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the agreement.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the
labor agreement (As Amended and Attached) between the Muskego
Professional Policeman's Association and the City of Muskego for
the year beginning January 1 , 1984.

The following Agreement represents the entire agreement
of settlement involving the parties' negotiations for a
successor agreement to the collective bargaining agreement
between the parties, having as its date of termination Decem-
ber 31, 1983. The parties, therefore, agree to amend the
1983 collective bargaining agreement between them as follows:
1. ARTICLE V

be allowed as additional days in conjunction with the vaca-
tion period. The parties agree further that only once each
vacation year, employees will be allowed to combine their
single vacation days with compensatory days or floating hol-
idays to provide for additional consecutive paid time off.

bute towards the cost of health insurance coverage under the
