REPORT OF DANDILION PARK FEASIBILITY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Committee to Study DandiLion Park and Other Lake
Accesses recommended that the City enter into immediate
negotiations to obtain an option to purchase the DandiLion Park
Property for a "community park", and
WHEREAS, a DandiLion Park Feasibility Committee was formed to
pursue the feasibility of purchasing the DandiLion Park
property, and
WHEREAS, that Committee has unanimously agreed to submit the
following proposal: Anticipated Expenditure
Asking Price for the DandiLion Property .... $800,000

Estimated attorney fees, appraisal fees,
option costs, etc........................ 30,000
INITIAL COST ..... $830,000
Anticipated Revenue
Sale of Idle Isle ........................... $175,000

The proposal includes recommending a six (6) month option on
the property and the right to an additional six (6) months
if necessary. During the option period, the sale of Idle
Isle must be consumated.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, does hereby accept the report of the DandiLion Park
Feasibility Committee, and directs the Finance Committee to
prepare a proposed referendum question to be presented to the
Council in the form of a resolution prior to their meeting of
DandiLion Park property.
