MODIFYING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT
0 ON RESERVE CAPACITY ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the engineer's report included a list of Residential
Equivalency Connections and a Residential Equivalency Chart, and
WHEREAS, the City has held a public hearing, received public
comment, consulted with it's engineers, held committee meetings,
assignments, and
received written objections and other comments concerning said
WHEREAS, the City wishes to change certain assignments of
Residential Equivalency Units, the Residential Equivalency Chart
businesses to connect the sewer system at a lower assessment in
and the July 1, 1984 cutoff date for certain existing homes and
the engineer's report.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. That the cutoff date of prior to July 1, 1984 for the
connection of certain existing hones and businesses to the city
sewer system is changed to prior to January 1, 1985.
2. That the Residential Equivalency Chart is changed to be the
document attached hereto and marked "Exhibit A".
3. The assignment of Residential Equivalency Units referred to
in the engineer's report are amended as to the following
properties in the following manner:
A. Attached Exhibit A - Residential Equivalency
Charge Chart for Reserve Capacity Assessment
B. Attached Exhibit B - Changes in REG Number Assignments
All of the assignments of Residential Equivalency Connections
originally assigned in the engineer's report remain unchanged,
except for those stated in attach Exhibit B.
