APPROVAL OF CONCEPT ESTABLISHING REC's
(RESIDENTIAL EQUIVALENCY CHARGES)
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended
establishing Residential Equivalency Charges (REC's) to be used
for determining the Reserve Capacity Assessment (RCA) per a
chart similar to one attached.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public SewPr
Committee, does hereby approve of the concept for establishing
Residential Equivalency Charges to be used in determining the Reserve Capacity Assessment per the type of chart attached.
