RESOLUTION {Ill-84
ESTABLISHING SALARIES FOR SEWER UTILITY EMPLOYEES
FOR 1984
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the proposed
negotiated settlement with sewer utility employees and has
recommended the following:
5 percent salary increase (after a 40 cent per hour
increase at the 18 mo. level for the Sewer Utility
Maintenance Man)
1984 Salary Schedule:
Sewer Treatment Plant Operator
Start: 4i4F 6 140s.: $4- 18 Mos.: $W COAA€CTED
Sewer Utility Maintenance Man
Start: 8.69 6 Mos.: $ 9.06 18 Mos.: $ 9.86
The Employer shall contribute 5.3% of the
employee's gross earnings to said retirement
program.
Three (3) health insurance options:

Present Blue Cross-Blue Shield plan funded by the
City up to the amount of Comp Care with the
difference to be paid by the employee by payroll
deduction.
Comp Care HMO
Alternative HMO (this alternative will only be
offered provided there are ten (10) participants
in the plan by March 1, 1984) to be determined by
Comp Care HMO. the City with monthly costs not to exceed cost of

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby establish the above salary and insurance options
for the Sewer Treatment Plant Operator and Sewer Utility
Maintenance Man effective January 1, 1984.
