DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 (Wade - RS-3 OED to RS-3 00s)
WHEREAS, Gregory Wade has petitioned the Common Council
to rezone that property described below from RS-3 to
RS-3 00s:
S77 W18512 W. Janesville Road - Lot 8 and Lot
9 & 10, S 15 ft. Lots 26, 27, 26, Kingston's -
On - Muskego. Sub NO 2 PT NE 114 NW 114 - SW 114 & SE 114 Of SW 114 SECTION 9 T5N, R20E, VOL

and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held; and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that
said property be rezoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council
of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, does hereby authorize the City Attorney
of the property described above from RS-3 OED to RS-3 00s.
to draft the necessary implementing ordinance for the rezoning
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. Gregory Wade shall record
a deed restriction with the Waukesha County Register of
Deeds stating that the use of the building located at
S77 W18512 W. Janesville Road will be restricted to.a
residence, antique shop and/or styling salon, and a copy of
said deed shall be sent to the City Clerk.
