SECOND AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
(Bass Bay)
City Council and for its Second Amended Relocation Order hereby
resolves as follows:
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to an Amended Relocation
Order which is Resolution 236-83 which was passed and approved on
August 23, 1983;
2. That this Resolution is a Second Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes
of the within described public improvements project and it is also a
determination of necessity for that project in accordance with Section 0 32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes.
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to construct a sanitary sewer including
a sewage pumping station and sewage forced main and street improvement
as was shown on the attachments to the Amended Relocation Order known
as Resolution 236-83 except as amended on the map attached hereto,
made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A" ; (?;led ~6sr ~ny -File)
4. That said sanitary sewer including sewage pumping station and
sewage forced main and street improvement will be built as set forth
on the map attached to this Second Amended Relocation Order marked
Exhibit "A";
5. That the sites of said sanitary sewer including sewage
pumping station and sewage forced main and street improvements are
contained in the documents attached to Amended Relocation Order known
as Resolution 236-83 except as amended by Exhibit "A" which is
incorporated herein; that legal descriptions to said site are attached
to the Amended Relocation Order known as Resolution 236-83 except as
amended by Exhibits "C-1" through "C-3" attached hereto and made a
part hereof;
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement
for sanitary sewer purposes and any other municipal purpose and for
any public utility purpose and a temporary construction easement as
indicated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and Exhibit "B-l", Exhibit
"B-4", Exhibits "B-8" through "B-14" attached to the Amended
Relocation Order known as Resolution 236-83 and Exhibits 'IC-1" through
"C-3" attached hereto and fee simple title of the lands for the sewage
pumping station and street improvement as shown on Exhibit "A" and
described in Exhibits "B-12" and "B-13" attached to the Amended
@Relocation Order known as Resolution 236-83; in addition thereto, the
City of Muskego has or will declare the lands described on Exhibit
'0
"B-15" attached to the Amended Relocation Order known as Resolution
236-83 public highways pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 80.01(2).

Commencing at a point which is 321 feet East and 305 feet South
of the North 4 corr:er of said Section 15, said point being the
Northwest corner of parcel No. 2 as described on Document No.
618337, Vol. 991, Page 50, Waukesha County Register of Deeds;
thence continuing South along the West line of Lot 6 Blk."l" in
the unrecorded plat of "Martin Bass's Grove" 100.00 feet to the
place,of beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter described;
thence continuing South 25.00 feet; thence East, 41.00 feet;
thence North 25.00 feet; thence West, 41.00 feet to the place of
beginning containing 0.02 acres. Together with a temporary
Northerly, parallel and adjacent to the following described line;

adjacent to the following described property line: Commencing
corner of said Section 15, said point being the Southwest corner
at a point 241 ft. East, and 407 ft. South of the North %
of Lot 20 in “Martin Bass Grove“, an unrecorded plat; thence
Easterly along the South line of said lot, 80.00 feet to the

of the North % corner of said Section 15, said point being the
Northwest corner of Lot 21, Blk “1“ “Martin Bass Grove,“ an un-
recorded plat; thence continuing South along the West line of
said lot, 25.00 feet; thence Easterly and parallel to the North
line of said lot, 80.00 feet; thence North along the East line
of said lot, 25.00 feet; thence Westerly along the North line of
