CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
(Bass Bay Sewers)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
City Council and for its Amended Relocation Order hereby resolves as
follows:
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order.
which is Resolution 160-83 which was passed and approved on June 14,
1983;
2. That this Resolution is an Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes
of the within described public improvements project and it is also a
determination of necessity for that project in accordance with Section
32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes.
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to construct a sanitary sewer including
.a sewage pumping station and sewage forced main and street improvement
as was shown on the attachments to the Relocation Order known as
Resolution 160-83 except as amended on the map attached hereto, made a
part hereof and marked Exhibit "X"; fi,/e J &ASS (3q SEWER f;ld
4. That said sanitary sewer including sewage pumping station and
sewage forced main and street improvement will be built as set forth
on the map attached to this Relocation Order marked Exhibit "X";
5. That the sites of said sanitary sewer including sewage
pumping station and sewage forced main and street improvements are
contained in the documents attached to Relocation Order known as
Resolution 160-83 except as amended by Exhibit "X" which is
incorporated herein; that legal descriptions to said site are attached
to this Amended Relocation Order, made a part hereof and marked
Exhibit "B-1" and Exhibits "B-4" through "B-14" and Exhibit "B-15";
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement
for sanitary sewer purposes and any other municipal purpose and for
any public utility purpose and a temporary construction easement as
indicated on Exhibit "X" and Exhibit "B-1" and Exhibits "8-4" through
"B-14" and fee simple title of the lands for the sewage pumping
station and street improvement as shown on Exhibit "X" and described
in Exhibits "B-12" and "B-13"; in addition thereto, the City of
Muskego has or will declare the lands described on Exhibit "B-15"
public highways pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 80.01(2).
