RESOLUTION 11228-83
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH WEPCo FOR
ELECTRICAL SERVICES FOR THE NORTHEAST AND
WOODS ROAD SEWAGE PUMPING STATIONS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide normal and stand-by
Pumping Stations in connection with the sewer interceptor
electrical service for the Northeast and Woods Road Sewage
project , and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and Public Sewer Cormnittee
Wisconsin Electric Power Company for electrical service in

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee and Public Sewer Cormnittee, does hereby authorize
the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with the
Wisconsin Electric Power Company for normal and stand-by
electrical service for the Northeast and Woods Road Sewage
Pumping Stations in the amount of $172,453.00,with the

Enclosed are the Electric Service Agreements, General Secondary/
Emergency Service Contracts for the above lift stations that we discussed
earller and according to my letter of Hay 26, 1983. There is a cost to
of 350 kVA for location #I, and 220 kVA for location 12. provide the Emergency Service of $149.783 for both locations for a capacity
On Hay 26, 1983. we provlded you with an estimate of our charge to
extend the normal llne service to the above locations. Since that time we
have revlsed our service extension estimating fomla to exclude certain of
our costs from the amount we charge for connectton charges.
Accordingly. the connection charges have been re-estimated to be $11,862 for 14900 West MShane Road, and $10.608 for Sandy Beach and Woods
Road. Enclosed Is a new Order for Service for both locations. Please
Services returned along with a check for the proper amount so we can proceed
relay these to the proper party for stgnatures. and have the Order for
with the installation. These costs are available for a period of nlnety (90)
days from the date of this letter.

ELECTRIC SERVICE AGREEMENT
GENERAL SECONDARY/EMERGENCY SERVICE
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of , 19aS. by and
hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
WITNESSETH:
The parties hereto, each in consideration of the agreements of the
other, agree as follows:
The Company agrees to supply electric service in the form of an
800 ampere, 480 volt, three-phase underground servlce
w-
to be used by the Customer on his premises located at the Sewer lift station at
approximtelY 14900 west McShane Road, Yuskego, #fsansfn
In accordance with the Company's filed rules and regulations. the
Customer agrees to make available, at his own cost. a suitable space and enclosure
to house the Company's equipment needed to serve the Customer's electric service
requirements.
In addition to the normal line required for the above service, the Company
will furnish an emergency service for a maximum emergency capacity of 350
kVA at 480 volts. Such emergency service capacity will normally be
available for use by the Customer in the event service on the normal line is
anterrupted. If the Customer should transfer load in excess of such emergency
service capacity to the emergency service, the Company may disconnect such line
until it is satisfied that the load being transferred does not exceed such MergenCY
service capacity.

The Customer shall pay for such emergency service the sum of $ 84.077 0 advance of construction of the emergency service. In the event the Customer at a
future date should determine that he no longer requires such emergency service, the
Company at its option may remove those partions of service facilities no longer

Vquired . At that time charges or credit will be made for such removal based on
the Company’s net removal cost.
The Company will use reasonable diligence to provide an uninterrupted
supply of service on the conditions provided herein; however, the Company shall
not be liable for interruptions in service on either the normal or the emergency
service including interruptions by reason of disconnections of the emergency
service attributable to the Customer having transferred load in excess of his
emergency service capacity. e The Customer agrees to receive and pay for electric service furnished
by the Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s
General Secondary Service Rate applicable at the time service is being rendered,
a copy of the current issue of which is attached hereto. The Customer shall not
sell electric service purchased hereun‘der to any other party except in accordance
with the Company’s filed rates, rules and regulations.
This agreement shall be subject to the Company’s rules and regulations
on file with the Public Service Cmission of Wisconsin, and to such changes in
the filed rules and regulations and the rate schedule as may become effective.
This agrement shall become effective on the date hereof and shall
6 ontinue in force for a term of OM year (1) after the Company first
furnishes service hereunder, unless superseded by a new agrement for service at
the same location under another of the Company’s applicable rates in accordance
with the rules of the Public Service Comission of Wiiconsin. After expiration
of such term, this agreement shall continue until terminated upon thirty (30)
days notice in writing given by one of the parties to the other.

WITNESSETH:
The parties hereto, each in consideration of the agreements of the
other, agree as follows:
The Company agrees to supply electric service in the form of 8
600 ampere, 480 volt, three-phase underground service
to be used by the Customer on his premises located at the %Wer lift station at
Sandy Beach Drive and'Uoods Road, Muskego. Ylsconsin
In accordance with the Company's filed rules and regulations. the
Customer agrees to make available, at his own cost, a suitable space and enclosure
to house the Company's equipment needed to serve the Customer's electric service
requirements.
In addition to the normal line required for the above service, the Company
will furnish an emergency service for a maximum emergency capacity of 220
kVA at 480 volts. Such emergency service capacity will normally be
available for use by the Customer In the event service on the normal line is
()cerrupted. If the Customer should transfer load In excess of such emergency
servlce capaclty to the emergency service, the Company may disconnect such line
untll it is satisfled that the load being transferred,does not exceed such emergency
service capaclty.

The Customer shall pay for such emergency service the sum of $ 65.706
edvance of construction of the emergency service. In the event the Customer at a
future date should determine that he no longer requires such emergency service, the
Company at Its option may remove those portions of service faclllties no longer
equired , At that time charges or credit will be made for such removal based on
the Company's net removal cost.
