AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
eity Council and for its Amended Relocation Order hereby resolves as

a sewage pumping station and sewage forced main and street improvement

Resolution 160-83 except as amended on the map attached hereto, made a

contained in the documents attached to Relocation Order known as
Resolution 160-83 except as amended by Exhibit "X" which is
incorporated herein; that legal descriptions to said site are attached

made a part hereof and marked Exhibits "B-1" through "B-lQ".;
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement
ofor sanitary sewer purposes and any other municipal purpose and for
any public utility purpose and a temporary construction easement as
indicated on Exhibit "X" and Exhibits "8-1" through "B-14" and fee
simple title of the lands for the sewage pumping station and street
improvement as shown on Exhibit "X" and described in Exhibits "B-12"
and 'B-13..
