AUTHORIZING THE MAKING OF THE ATTACHED
JURISDICTIONAL OFFER

presented by the City as to the lands described in the
WHEREAS, Gladys Mike has not accepted an Offer to Purchase
attached Jurisdictional Offer, and
WHEREAS, the City has attempted to negotiate the purchase
of same and has been unable to do so,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City shall make the attached Jurisdictional
Offer as to the purchase of said property and the Mayor and
Clerk are authorized to execute any documents necessary for the
acquisition of said property.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that this document is the Jurisdictional Offer
@of the City of Muskego in accordance with Section 32.05(3), Wisconsin
Statutes, as follows:
1. That on December 14, 1982, the City Council of the City of
Muskego adopted a Relocation Order thereby approving construction of a
certain sanitary sewer in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, and the City
of Muskego in good faith intends to use the property sought to be
condemned, as described in paragraph 2 below, for such public purpose;
2. That the City of Muskego intends to acquire permanent sanitary
sewer easement and temporary construction easement in the following
described real estate: e See Attached Exhibit "A"
3. That the City of Muskego's proposed date of occupancy of the
real estate described in paragraph 2 above is the date of taking;
4. That the City of Muskego hereby offers compensation for the
real estate described in paragraph 2 above of ONE HUNDRED TEN ($110)
DOLLARS itemized as follows:

Section 32.19, Wisconsin Statutes, may be claimed under Section 32.20,
@Wisconsin Statutes, and will be paid if shown to exist;
6. That the appraisal of the property on which the City's offer
is based is available for insepction and copying by persons having an
interest in the lands sought to be acquired from 8:OO a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

7. That the owners have twenty (20) days from date of personal
service in which to accept or reject this offer; e 8. That if the owners have not accepted this offer within said
20-day period, that they have forty (40) days thereafter to commence a
court action to contest the right of condemnation, as provided in
Section 32.05(5), Wisconsin Statutes, provided that acceptance and
retention of any compensation resulting from an award made prior to
the commencement of such an action shall be an actual bar to such
action;
9. That the owners, in accordance with Sections 32.05(9) and
(111, Wisconsin Statutes, will have two (2) years from the date of
taking the property by award in which to appeal for greater
compensation without prejudice
given by the award.

Permanent Sewage Force Main Easement
All that part of the Sortheast k of Section 12, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of 'luskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
being a 30.00 foot wide strip of land lying Northerly, parallel
and adjacent to the following described subdivision line.
Commencing at the East k corner of said Section 12; thence
South 87"21'18" West, along the East k line of Section 12 and
the North line of "Lake Brittany Estates", a recorded plat,
1327.51 feet to the point of termination,said strip of
land containing 0.91 acres more or less.
Together with a 20.00 foot wide temporary construction ease-
ment lying Northerly, parallel and adjacent to the above de-
scribed permanent sewage force main easement,COntaining 0.61
acres more or less. e
