RESOLUTION # 162-83
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
(Tess Corners Drainage Project)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by
its City Council and for its Amended Relocation Order hereby
resolves as follows:
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order
which is Resolution 94-83 which was passed and approved on April
26, 1983;
2. That this Resolution is an Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the
purposes of the within described public improvements project and it
is also a determination of necessity for that project in accordance
with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes;
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to construct a permanent easement for
watercourse improvement and relocation purposes as was shown on the
attachments to the Relocation Order known as Resolution 94-83 except
as amended on the maps attached hereto, made a part hereof and
marked Exhibits "X" and "Y";
4. That said permanent easement for watercourse improvement
and relocation purposes will be built as set forth on the maps
which were annexed to Relocation Order known as Resolution 94-83
except as amended and shown 0-1 the attached maps marked Exhibits
"X" and "Y" and are incorporated herein;
5. That the sites of said permanent easement for watercourse
improvement and relocation purposes are contained in the documents
attached to Relocation Order known as Resolution 94-83 except as
amended by Exhibits "X" and "Y" which are incorporated herein; that
legal descriptions to said site are attached to Relocation Order
known as Resolution 94-83 except as amended by the attached
Exhibits "Z-1" through "2-5" and made a part hereof;
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement
for watercourse improvement and relocation/purpoges ax maIcate8 on
Exhibits attached to Relocation Order known as Resolution 94-83
except as amended by Exhibits "X", "Y" and "Z-1" through "2-5".
