AUTHORIZING THE MAKING OF THE ATTACHED
JURISDICTIONAL OFFER
(Ludwig - Strampe)
WHEREAS, David Ludwig and Judith Strampe have
not accepted an Offer to Purchase presented by the
city as to the lands described in the attached
Jurisdictional Offer, and
WHEREAS, the city has attempted to negotiate
the purchase of same and has been unable to do so,
NOW, THEREFORE, the city shall make the
attached Jurisdictional Offer as to the purchase of
said property and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute any documents necessary for the acquisition
of said property.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that this document is the Jurisdictional Offer of
the City of Muskego in accordance with section 32.05(3), Wisconsin
Statutes, as follows:
1. That on November 23, 198&, the City Council of the City of
Muskego adopted a Relocation Order thereby approving construction of
a certain sanitary sewer in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, and the
City of Muskego in good faith intends to use the property sought to
be 4 ondemned, as described in paragraph 2 below, for such public purpose;
2. That the City of Muskego intends to acquire permanent sewage
forced main easement and temporary construction easement in the following
described real estate:
See attached Exhibit A
3. That the City of Muskego's proposed date of occupancy of
the real estate described in paragraph 2 above is 30 days after taking;
4. That the City of Muskego hereby offers compensation for the
real estate described in paragraph 2 above of TWO HUNDRED TEN ($210) DOLLARS
itemized as follows:

(a) loss of land including improvements and fixtures

Temporary Easement and loss of rental. $ 45.00 ,
(b) deprivation or restriction of existing right of

(e) damages resulting from actual severance of land

(g) cost of fencing reasonably necessary to separate
land taken from remainder of condemnee's land,
less the amount allowed for fencing taken under

5. That compensation for additional items of damages set forth in
section 32.19, Wisconsin Statutes, may be claimed under section 32.20,
Wisconsin Statutes, and will be paid if shown to exist;
6. That the appraisal of the property on which the City's offer is
based is available for inspection and copying by persons having an interest

section 32.05(5), Wisconsin Statutes, provided that acceptance and retention

9. That the owners, in accordance with sections 32.05(9) and (111,
Wisconsin Statutes, will have two (2) years from the date of taking the
property by award in which to appeal for greater compensation without
prejudice to the right to use the compensation given by the award.
