RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
NOW COtvIES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
City Counsel and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows:
1. That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance with
Section 32.05(1), ldisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of the within
described public improvement project and it is also a determination of
necessity for that project in accordance with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin
Statutes ;
2. That the City of Pluskego hereby determines that it is necessary
and a public purpose to construct a sanitary sewer including sewage forced
main as shownon the map attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked
Exhibit "D";
3. That said sanitary sewer including sewage forced main will be
built as set forth on the map which is annexed to this Relocation Order
Exhibit 'ID", and is incorporated herein.
4. That the site of said sanitary sewer including sewage forced main
is contained in said Exhibit "Dl', which is incorporated herein; that legal
descriptions of said site are attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked
IExhihit "A-1" and "A-2".
5. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement for
sanitary sewer purposes and anyother municipal purpose and for any public
utility purpose and a temporary construction easement as indicated on
Exhibit "D", and Exhibit "A-1" and "A-2".

Permanent Sewage Force Main Easement
All that part of the Northeast k and Southeast k of Section 12,
Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskeqo, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, being a 30.00 foot wide strip of lane, that porticn
of which is across Outlot 1, Outlot 2 and Lot 7G in "Lake Brittany
Estates", a recorded plat. The centerline of said strip of
land being described as follows:
Commencing at the center of Section 12; thence South l"10'47"
East, 10.00 feet to the place of beginning: thence North 88'
49'13" East, 105.00 feet; thence South 13O12'45" East, 152.00
feet: thence North 69°52'04" East, 470.39 feet; thence North
88°50'00" East, 427.50 feet; thence South 76O56'42" East,
241.55 feet; thence North 39"OO'OO" East, 130.00 feet to the
point of termination.
Together with a 20.00 foot wide temporary construction easement
lying Northerly, parallel and adjacent to the above described
permanent sewage force main easement.

Range 20 East, City of Eluskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
being a 30.00 foot h-ide strip of land lying Northerly, parallel
and adjacent to the following described subdivision line.
Commencing at the Ezst % corner of said Section 12; thence
South 87O21'18" West, along the East % line of Section 12 and
the North line of "Lake Brittany Estates", a recorded plat,
1327.51 feet to the point of termination.
Together with a 20.00 foot wide temporary construction easement
lying Northerly, parallel and adjacent to the above described
permanent sewage force main easement.
