RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN a. NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
City Counsel and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows:

1. That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance with
1 Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of the within
described public improvement project and it is also a determination of
necessity for that project in accordance with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin
Statutes;
2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is necessary
and a public purpose to construct a sanitary sewer including a sewage
pumping station and sewage forced main as shown on the maps attached
hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A", "A-1" and "A-2";
3. That said sanitary sewer including sewage pumping station and
sewage forced main will be built as set ,fgLfh on th1 yaps which are annexed
to this Relocation Order as Exhibit "A",/and is lncorporated herein.
4. That the site of said sanitary sewer including sewage pgmpipg

station and sewage forced main is contained in said Exhibit "A",/whlch 1s
incorporated herein; that legal descriptions to said site are attached '.

5. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement for
sanitary sewer purposes and any other municipal purpose and for any public

lands for the sewage pumping station as shown on Exhibit "A",/and descrlbed
in Exhibit "B- 5 'I.

Wisconsin being a 30.00 ft. wide strip of land the center-
line of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Block 6 "Baylawn Sub-
division No. 3" a recorded plat; thence Southerly along the
Easterly right-of-way line of Mystic Drive, 15.00 ft. to the
place of beginning of said centerline; thence Easterly and
