ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEG0 BUSINESSIINDUSTRIAL PARK
(JSE Investments)
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer in the amount of
$24,000.00 from JSE Investments for the purchase of the
north one-half of Lot 6, Block 4 (one acre) in the city's
BusinessIIndustrial Park, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by
the city's industrial broker, as well as the Finance
Committee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase the
north one-half of Lot 6, Block 4 (one acre) from JSE
to Purchase, in the amount of $24,000.00. Investments, including the attached Rider to the Offer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the
name of the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the acceptance of the Offer to
Lot 6 Block 4 of the city's Businesslln ustrial Park.
Purchase is subject to the approval of the division of

RIDER TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
e The follwing terms and conditions are made a part of the
Offer to Purahase attqched hereto and dated November 3, 1982. 4

(1) Special Improvements:
(a) The purchase price includes the following improvements: Sanitary sewer mains and water
mains, fully paid for and available for use by Buyer, Buyer will connect to the sewer in the road
at Buyer's expense.

(b) Improved streets to be paved to the lot line of the
premises described herein. If said streets are not
permanenty surfaced at the time of the completion of this transaction, said streets when permanently
improved, shall be at the expense of the City and
no special aesessments.with respect to the
'permanent improvements of the streets or curb and
gutter shall be assessed against the property herein described, and the Buyer, his heirs, and
assigns, shall have no further obligation with
respect hereto. *
(2) It is'egreed between Buyer and Seller:

(a) The provisions of Paragraphs 13 and 14 of the rules
and regulations for the Muskego Rusiness/Industrial
Park as adopted by the City of Muskego, by
Resolution 1145-70 on July 28, I970 and as
thereafter recorded and/or amended, are
incorporated herein by reference as if fully set
forth herein. Said provisions provide in effect
that in the event the Buyer should desire. to resell a portion Of the premises which are the subject of
