DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

a WREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned by Mr. Ron Ford for determination of his lot on
Topaz Drive, just west of the Jewel Crest Subdivision, Tax
Key No. 2174.978, .and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that legal status
of this lot be denied because it is 53% of the required area,
triangularly shaped and incompatible with the existing lots
and building development in the immediate area of this RS-2
District.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby deny the request for legal lot status of the Ron
Ford, Topaz Drive lot with Tax Key No. 2174.978 just west of
the Jewel Crest Subdivision because this lot is 53% of the
required area, triangularly shaped and incompatible with the
existing lots and building development in the immediate area of
his RS-2 District.

Dear Mayor Salentine:
This letter will confirm the addendum agreement to the 1982 con-
tract between the City and the Muskego Police Assocaiton reached

RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE/DISAPPROVE LEGAL LOT STATUS
RON FORD
WHEREAS Ron Ford has submitted a petition for legal
status of his lot on Topaz Drive with Tax Key No. 2174.978,
just west of the Jewel Crest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS this property is zoned RS-2, requiring 20,000
sq. ft. lots, with 110’ average width, and
WHEREAS this lot is 10,689 sq. ft. in area with an average
width of 62.5’ and is under the same ownership as the
adjoining lots 7 and 8, Block 21 of Jewel Crest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
request and has recommended denial because of the substantial \
reduction in the required size, and
