FOR COSTS OF SEWER FOR THE JOAN AND JAMES

WAUKESHA, STATE OF WISCONSIN

on the following described real estate located within the City Of

ALSO PT OUTLOT 2 HI Y RANCHES and
WHEREAS, the owners of said real estate, Joan and James Kohne have
requested the City to defer said special assessment under the provisions
of Section 66.605 Wisconsin Statutes, and
WHEREAS, said Joan and James Kohne have made application to the city for an extension of time within which to pay the special assessment
that has been levied against said property, which consists of the following:
$12,732.40 - special assessment
1,018.59 - interest
$13,750.99 - total assessment
and,
WHEREAS, a moratorium placed on the sewer district of the City of
Muskego by the DNR prohibits the development of the property and there-
fore the use of the installed sewers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the special assessments affecting
Joan and James Kohne property which were the result of certain sewer
construction hereby is deferred for a period of ten (10) years from the 0 date the previous deferment expires. I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that while said special assessment is outstanding
under the terms and conditions of this deferment the same shall bear
interest at the rate of nine (9) percent per annum for the number of
years and under the terms and conditions provided in Resolution #19-71
as if this were the final resolution except that the new rate of interesi
shall be from the date of expiration of the previous deferment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this action is taken pursuant to the pro-
visions of Resolution 19-71, As Amended, entitled, Resolution
Establishing Deferred Assessment Polices.
