AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE
V WHEREAS, the project plan for TIF District No. Seven has
been approved by- the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, funds for office equipment in the Clerk's office
were included in that project, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has requested that approval be granted
$2600.00 and a Horizon telephone system in the amount of
for the purchase of a master maker - $2600.00, Recorder -
$4300.00, the total not to exceed $9,500.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
request be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee does hereby approve the purchase of a master
maker - $2600.00, Recorder - $2600.00 and a Horizon telephone
system in the amount of $4300.00, the total not to exceed $9,500.00
for the City Clerk's office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for equipment be
taken from TIF District No. Seven.
