AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF COVENANT NOT TO
CONVEY OR CONSTRUCT (Lot 9 Blk 2
Meadowdale Subdivision - Anderson)
WHEREAS, the Common Council had been petitioned for
division, and
legal lot status for Lot 9 Block 2, Meadowdale Sub-
WHEREAS, on June 8, 1982, the Conmon Council adopted
Resolution #99-82, entitled, Approval of Legal Status
for Lot 9 Block 2, Meadowdale Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to release a recorded
Meadowdale Subdivision,
covenant not to convey or construct on Lot 9 Block 2,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the advice of the city attorney,
does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
the attached release of covenant not to convey or
construct for Lot 9 Block 2 eadowdale Subdivision. T-Y

RELEASE OF COVENANT NOT TO CONVEY OR CONSTRUCT
The undersigned, City of Muskego, does hereby release the
property described below from a document entitled, "Covenant Not
To Convey Or Construct" dated March 6, 1969 and recorded in the
office of the Waukesha County Register of Deeds in Volume 1153,
Page 164, as Document No. 733871, a copy of said document being
attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A".
Lots 8 and 9, Block 2, Meadow Dale
Subdivision, according to the recorded plat thereof. Said land
being in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
