AF'PROVAL OF PRACTICE AND SHOW DATES OF WATER
BUGS SKI CLUB ON LITTLE MUSKEGO LAKE
ItLEREAS,Mr. Michael Fitzgerald, representative of the Water
Bugs Ski Club, Inc., has requested permission of the Park and
Recreation Board and the Finance Cmittee to use the dock
facilitien at Idle Isle Beach an a take-off pier during
specified dates and times, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Camittee and the Park and Recreation
Board have recamended approval of the use of the dock at
Idle Isle Beach as a toke-off pier to be effective following the
submittal of a list of specific show dates and a certificate of
insurance naming the City of Muskego PB co-insured,
THERE€QRE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee and
the Park and Recreation Board, does hereby approve of water
ski practice and show use of the dock at Idle Isle Beach, as follorrs:
Saturdays and Sundays
(Yo. of May) n:oo P.M. - 3:OO P.M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said group shall, as required by
law andlor ordinance, establish and mark pickup and drop-off
areas with regulatory markers, obey other applicable laws and
ordinances and remove said markera immediately after each
session stated above and not replace them until just prior to
the next session stated above. n A
